Hi.

For some years I’ve been using the Zoom MRS802 (and more lately MRS 1608) digital multitrack recorder to make recordings of band rehearsals, live performances, and material for release.

As I’ve got more experiences and daring with using the kit, I’ve run into things which the units either can’t do, or can’t do very well.

I have gradually found or written software to solve these problems, and plan to make these available to the Zoom user community once I have been through the horribly laborious and time-consuming job of getting a stable and user friendly windows GUI working on top of some of the software.

(There are also other ‘minor’ details such as testing / documentation / configuration management/ and support which need to be taken care of before some of the stuff is let loose into the wild.)
