Thanks to everyone who came to the gigs in Stowmarket and Ipswich just before Xmas. We had a fine old time - especially for the bash at the Royal Oak Stowmarket which saw old Choy Choi people Craig Clarke, Grinder and John Ramirez reunited with the group for some old numbers.

Most notably, thanks goes to drummer Dan for some frankly astonishing moments.

July 3rd .2005 . Ipswich ‘music in the park’ festival .. Ipswich.

.. we had a great time at music in the park. Many thanks to BBC Radio Suffolk honcho Steve Foster for his support in getting us on the stage.

We had a great time .. and it was great to play in front of a large audience again. It felt like a new start for Choy Choi.

The bands priorities are now to :-

1. Get some fresh recordings done of the current line up and new songs.

2. Get up to speed on some more material so that we can :-

3. Do some more ‘full 2 hour’ sets locally.

There are also plans to run a memorial / celebration/ testimonial gig for Lee involving those who played in assorted bands with him. More details when we know ourselves.
